I just read that Kentucky is considering raising the legal age to buy tobacco products (including vaping products) to 21. The article noted that 8 other states have already passed similar legislation. Have we heard if Ohio is considering such legislation?

It is interesting that vaping and tobacco use are grouped together. I have heard the argument that vaping is “different”, a safer alternative to conventional tobacco use, and can be used for smoking cessation. Any thoughts on this?
Great point! A major difference between smoking and vaping is the absence of tobacco in vaping products.
