Community Needs Assessment 2020
Reviewed the data website "sneak peek"
It also includes Healthy People Targets
We will send out the site once it goes live
Discussed Youth Survey
-survey sent to everyone indicated an overwhelming yes from those who responded, one no
-wanted to bring back the discussion as not everyone responded
$5800 committed from those who have responded to fund the survey
Discussion about the youth survey (Last done 2012, 2017)
-do we need more time to see changes
-what is the purpose of the survey
-Why 5 years before and now 3 years – State law changed because now it is required every 3 years rather than 5 years
What would the process be?
HCNO would come and we would review questions with people interested?
Trying to find funding would be an issue as well
Consensus from this group is that we would like to move forward with the youth survey
Next step is try to secure funding and see how to secure the contract (last time it was with United Way)
