I tried the overnight oatmeal recipe that Brandon shared. I made some substitutions as I didn’t have everything on hand: used frozen blueberries in place of compote, rolled oats instead of steel cut, and coconut yogurt instead of greek yogurt. It was a tasty and satisfying breakfast. The biggest plus is no prep in the morning, just grab and go.
