• I am so thankful for this program! Last year I lost 18 pounds and kept it off. so this year I am starting off at what I ended with last year, weight wise. I can’t wait to see where it takes me this year!!!

    I just attended the Chair Yoga class at the Library, and I thoroughly loved it. I used muscles that I didn’t even know I had. Plus it was a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!!!

    Just a word to the wise for anyone doing the Medina Meltdown- Register early for the library classes that earn points for attending. I just called the library to register for 3 of them in the next few weeks, and they were already full with an already full waiting list. I am so disappointed. I really was interested in the topics . πŸ™

    Last night was the weigh in for week 2 of the Meltdown Challenge. I lost 3.6 pounds!!! Yeah!!!!

    I attended the Meditation class at Buckeye Library on Monday. It was very educational and enjoyable. I learned a lot about how to meditate and put my body into a more calm relaxed state through meditation.
