So my plan is to sleep through the night and walk 30 minutes everyday. My little changes to make big differences!
I am a frustrated in my weight loss, but I have been un un motivated, so its all on me
My neighbor just returned from Disney and has motivation to off the sugar and increase movement. I am going over there once I get dressed!
Trying to get motivated to even go outside, nevertheless to the gym!
Trying to stay within my daily calories, but its hard when I start eating emotionally
